We have been building commercial and residential dock systems for over three decades, spending the last fifteen years focused on our heavy framed aluminum dock design with an emphasis on strength, durability, aesthetic appeal, and low maintenance. All residential docks are sold exclusively through a network of dealers, consisting of the most talented dock professionals in the industry, while commercial and marina projects are handled from our headquarters in Dahlonega, Georgia.

Why Aluminum?

Aluminum naturally reacts with oxygen to create a tough yet durable coating, preventing further oxidation and increasing longevity. This allows Wahoo Docks to strengthen with time. 

The marine grade aluminum used has excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength similar to that of steel while being lighter weight, therefore requiring less flotation.

By working directly with our upstream mills, we are able to create purpose-built,  distinctively engineered designs. Such customization is not possible with our competition who rely on standard i-beam, c-channel, or bar joist construction.

At Wahoo, we have over 45 patented and proprietary extrusions, castings, and assemblies that allow us to design our docks for ideal strength, appearance, and longevity in a cost-efficient manner.
